The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Producer to own the creative direction of every video Hurun India puts out. You’ll decide what the story is, how it gets shot, how it gets cut and how it gets packaged so people click. You won’t be editing day to day. Instead, you’ll guide a team of editors and shooters to deliver content that is sharp, credible and built to perform.

What You’ll Do
• Writing: Write scripts, hooks, interview questions, on-screen text, captions, and video titles and descriptions for YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Shoot direction: Plan shoots end to end, including shot lists, framing, lighting and set look, B-roll needs and interview setup.



Direct on set at founder interviews, fireside chats and events.
• Guiding editors: Write clear edit briefs, give frame-level feedback, set pacing and style standards, and make sure every cut opens with a robust hook and holds attention.
• Thumbnails and packaging: Create the thumbnail concept for every video, including the expression or shot to capture, text overlay and composition. Brief designers, and test title and thumbnail combinations.
• Formats: Develop repeatable series formats such as list launches, founder stories, data explainers and event recaps for both long-form and short-form video.
• Performance: Track click-through rate, retention and watch time, and use what you learn to improve scripts, thumbnails and edits.
• Brand and standards: Keep every video consistent with Hurun India’s visual identity and editorial integrity, including partner and sponsor content.
