About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and end-user support. This role covers server administration support, CCTV/surveillance systems, desktop/laptop support, end-user application support, and printer/hardware troubleshooting. It's a broad, on-ground IT role ideal for someone who enjoys solving diverse technical issues and keeping office IT running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Server & Infrastructure Support
• Assist in day-to-day administration and monitoring of Windows/Linux servers
• Support routine server maintenance tasks: patching, backups, user account management (under guidance of Senior SA)
• Monitor server health and escalate issues to senior team members as needed
• Maintain basic Active Directory tasks — user creation, password resets, group management

CCTV & Surveillance Administration
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance software




• Monitor camera uptime, storage capacity, and recording quality
• Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity, storage, and playback issues
• Coordinate with vendors for CCTV hardware repairs/replacements
• Manage access to surveillance footage as per company policy

Desktop/Laptop Support
• Provide first-level and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and standard software
• Manage IT asset inventory — laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories
• Handle new employee IT onboarding (system setup) and offboarding (data wipe, asset recovery)
• Perform OS imaging, software installation, and system upgrades

End-User Application Support
• Provide support for standard business applications (MS Office, email/Outlook, VPN clients, ERP/SAP end-user issues, etc.)
• Troubleshoot login issues, application errors, and connectivity problems for end use
