Role Description The Quality Expert Accounts Receivable - Hospital Billing is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.



This role is responsible for reviewing hospital billing and accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance with client and regulatory guidelines, and adherence to internal quality standards. Daily tasks include auditing AR workflows, identifying billing and posting discrepancies, validating data against source documentation, and providing feedback to operations teams to improve process quality. The Quality Expert will track key quality metrics, prepare reports on error trends, and collaborate with supervisors and training teams to implement corrective actions and best practices. The role also involves supporting process improvements, participating in calibration sessions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hospital billing rules and payer requirements.
