Role Description:
The Property Stacking / Surveyor role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves conducting property surveys and inspections across commercial and residential assets, verifying measurements, boundaries, and property details. The individual will compile and update stacking plans,



maintain accurate records of occupancy and availability, and support due diligence for transactions and leasing activities. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to gather information, clarify requirements, and address queries related to property data. The Property Stacking / Surveyor will also assist with site visits, documentation, and reporting to help the advisory team make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and support client requirements professionally.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate to understand office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
