We are looking for a smart, articulate, organised, and aesthetically inclined individual to join our team as a Social Media & Business Operations Executive.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a mix of creative work, communication, and business management. You will help shape our social media presence, communicate with prospective and existing clients, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure that the business runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a strong eye for aesthetics, good judgement, and the ability to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.





Key Responsibilities1. Social Media & Content
• Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent, premium brand identity.
• Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Create aesthetically pleasing posts, carousels, stories, and basic reels using Canva and similar tools.
• Write clear, engaging, grammatically strong captions and social media copy.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to execute content.
• Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.

2. Business Administration & Operations
• Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain organised records, spreadsheets, and internal trackers.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and operational requirements.
• Keep track of incoming leads, follow-ups, pending tasks, and client progress.
