Role Description The Independent Faculty Partner is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata,



responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning programs for client organizations. This role involves conducting training sessions, workshops, and extended learning interventions across domains such as digital workplace skills, leadership, communication, healthcare capability, and productivity. The Independent Faculty Partner will collaborate with client stakeholders to understand capability gaps, customize content, and align learning outcomes with business objectives. Typical responsibilities include preparing training materials, facilitating interactive sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing feedback to enhance performance. The role also includes contributing to programme development, participating in faculty networks, and supporting continuous improvement of UPLYFT’s learning offerings.
