? Location: Hyderabad
? Experience: 0–1 Year | Freshers Welcome
? Qualification: Any Graduate
? Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
? Shift: Rotational shifts (primarily aligned with US business hours)
⚡ Priority: Immediate joiners preferred
? Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1 technical support through calls, emails, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
• Assist users with login, password, and common IT issues.
• Log, track, and escalate incidents as required.
• Follow support procedures and meet SLA requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and user experience.
? What We're Looking For:
✅ Good verbal and written English communication skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting interest
✅ Customer service and problem-solving skills
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
