Job Responsibilities
• Generate leads and drive life insurance sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and team targets.
• Build and manage a network of customers, agents, and business partners.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for proposals, documentation, and policy issuance.




• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and prospects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable IRDAI regulations.
• Provide support for customer servicing and policy renewals.

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Capable of achieving individual targets and managing team performance.
• Must be based in Bhopal or willing to work locally.
