Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Founder Support & Business Coordination
• Accompany the Founder to client meetings, business discussions, conferences, and networking events.
• Manage meeting schedules, coordinate appointments, maintain follow-up lists, and record meeting action points.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of commitments made during meetings.
• Assist in maintaining professional relationships with clients, partners, and business associates.

2. Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and approach potential clients, business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.
• Initiate conversations confidently, understand prospect requirements, and identify business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, outbound communication, referrals, and business events.
• Arrange meetings and product/service demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Support the Founder and sales team in nurturing leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting opportunities into business.

3. Branding & Marketing
• Assist in company branding,



marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and business outreach.
• Support the development and execution of brand-building strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in business-focused reels, short-form videos, and other promotional content.
• Coordinate on-ground content creation during client meetings, corporate events, and networking activities.

4. Client Relations & Communication
• Handle initial client conversations professionally and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects, existing clients, and professional networks.
• Communicate the company's services and value proposition clearly and confidently.
• Maintain a qualified representation of the Founder and the company across business interactions.
