Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales & Development Associate (SDA) to drive commercial leasing activities for NextMoveIn in Indore.
This is a frontline, field-oriented role focused on identifying prospective tenants, understanding their office-space requirements, presenting suitable properties and converting leasing opportunities into successful transactions.
The candidate will work directly with businesses, decision-makers and property owners,



gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities1. Commercial Leasing & Business Development• Identify and approach businesses looking to lease commercial office space in Indore.
• Generate leasing opportunities through cold calling, direct outreach, networking and market visits.
• Understand client requirements, including location, area, budget and possession timeline.
• Present suitable commercial properties based on client requirements.
• Coordinate property visits and facilitate discussions between prospective tenants and property owners.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms and drive transactions towards closure.

2. Client Relationship Management• Build relationships with business owners, founders, corporate decision-makers and office administrators.
• Understand client workspace requirements and recommend suitable leasing options.
