Role Description The Insurance Advisor is a part-time, hybrid role based in Palghat, flexibility to work from home. The role involves advising individuals and businesses on suitable insurance products, explaining coverage options and policy terms,



and helping customers select plans that meet their needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, meeting prospective and existing customers, preparing proposals and quotations, and supporting customers through the policy issuance and renewal process. The Insurance Advisor will also assist with claim-related guidance, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards. The role requires consistent achievement of sales and service targets while upholding regulatory and company compliance.
