Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role oversees day-to-day retail operations within the resort, including managing inventory, merchandising products,



and ensuring that all store areas are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. The Store Manager leads and schedules store team members, provides coaching and feedback, and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality customer service. This position is responsible for monitoring sales performance, controlling costs, and implementing loss prevention measures to safeguard stock and revenue. The Store Manager collaborates with other departments to support resort events, align promotional activities, and maintain brand standards across all retail touchpoints.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in Store Management, including daily operations, team supervision, and sales performance monitoring.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive, memorable guest experiences.
