Role Description The Sales Executive Intern role at TheDarkStore is a remote internship focused on supporting day-to-day sales and customer engagement activities. The intern will assist in identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and supporting online sales campaigns across digital channels. Typical tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales messaging with ongoing promotions. The intern will also help analyze sales performance data,



prepare simple reports, and contribute ideas for improving customer experience and conversion rates. This role offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce sales processes within a fast-paced, creative fashion environment.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and lead nurturing in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Comfort using online tools and platforms such as social media, messaging apps, and spreadsheets to communicate with customers and track sales activity.
