Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with extensive experience in building scalable backend applications using Python, Django, FastAPI, and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade applications and exposure to building or integrating Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and AI platforms. This role involves designing and developing intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow orchestration frameworks, and up-to-date cloud-native architectures. The candidate will work closely with Product, AI/ML, and Platform Engineering teams to build next-generation AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Python Backend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build high-performance APIs using Django,



Django REST Framework (DRF), and FastAPI.
• Develop reusable, secure, and maintainable microservices.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, API security, rate limiting, and performance optimization.
• Write clean, testable, and production-ready code following engineering best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

AI Application Development
• Build and integrate AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop conversational AI, copilots, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Integrate external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms into AI workflows.
