Role Description The Snr BIM Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chalakkudy, with some flexibility for work from home.
This role is responsible for leading and managing multi-disciplinary BIM models across architecture, civil, and MEP disciplines, ensuring accurate coordination and clash-free design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed construction drawings and shop drawings, overseeing model integrity and standards, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. The Snr BIM Engineer will support project planning and scheduling through model-based workflows, contribute to quantity take-offs and documentation, and provide guidance to junior team members on BIM processes and best practices. The role also involves liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of BIM outputs and alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
