Job Title: Simulation Developer (Unity)

About the Role:
We are developing an interactive simulator focused on biological processes. We're looking for a Unity developer who can turn scientific concepts into accurate, real-time 3D simulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain biological process simulations in Unity (C#)
- Convert scientific models and data into interactive visualizations
- Collaborate with domain experts, designers, and QA teams
- Optimize performance and ensure smooth, stable simulations
- Test, debug, and improve existing features

Required Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Unity (C#) with experience in real-time, physics-driven applications
- Hands-on experience with soft body physics: mass-spring systems, position-based dynamics (PBD/XPBD), or FEM-style approaches
- Runtime mesh deformation: vertex manipulation, blend shapes, skinning, procedural mesh updates
- Shader development in HLSL or Shader Graph (vertex displacement, custom lighting, translucency)
- Experience with high-precision physics tuning: fixed timestep control,



solver iterations, collision tuning, stability at small scales
- CPU performance optimization using Job System, Burst, and ECS/DOTS, including multithreading, SIMD, and cache-friendly data layouts
- Multi-scene architecture: additive scene loading, scene state sync, and seamless transitions within a single continuous process
- Building condition-driven systems: state machines, event systems, and parameter-based behavior switching at runtime
- Smooth, controllable micro-movement: interpolation, damping, constraint-based motion, and fine-grained input response
- Integration with custom hardware devices (serial/USB/HID/Bluetooth), including low-latency input handling and device calibration
- Profiling and debugging with the Unity Profiler and Frame Debugger, with a focus on CPU bottlenecks
