Role Description The Technical Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role involves delivering structured training sessions on robotics, programming, and related STEM concepts to students and educators, using the company’s curriculum and tools. The Technical Trainer plans and facilitates workshops, explains complex technical topics in an understandable way,
and provides ongoing support to learners during classroom and lab activities. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, demonstrating robotics kits and programming platforms, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching approaches to different learning styles. The role also includes collaborating with the product and curriculum teams to provide feedback on training content and continuously improve the learning experience.
