Role Description The Hospitality Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



responsible for delivering a welcoming and supportive experience to patients, families, and visitors. This role includes greeting and guiding patients, assisting with check-in processes, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring waiting areas and common spaces are clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The Hospitality Specialist will handle inquiries, provide clear information about hospital facilities and services, and support food and beverage coordination where relevant to patient and visitor comfort. The role also involves responding to feedback and service issues promptly, maintaining skilled communication, and upholding hospital policies and standards of service excellence. The Hospitality Specialist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a consistent, patient-centered hospitality experience across the facility.
