We’re Hiring | B2B Sales Executive

Blende is expanding its B2B business vertical and is looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to take ownership of business development and client acquisition.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, building relationships, meeting decision-makers and closing business — and wants to be part of building a new vertical from the ground up.

What you’ll do• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Reach out to decision-makers and generate meetings
• Present customized solutions and proposals
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into orders
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closure
• Attend client meetings and business discussions
• Expand Blende’s presence across Tamil Nadu and South India

Who we’re looking for• Robust communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive and target-oriented
• Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings and field sales




• Good understanding of B2B sales and business development
• Ability to identify opportunities and build relationships independently
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred
• Someone who is hungry to build, grow and take ownership

CompensationFixed + Performance-Based Variable Incentive

Work Mode: Hybrid / Field-Based
Travel: Tamil Nadu & South India
Employment: Full-time

This is a field-oriented sales role. Prospecting, follow-ups and reporting can be handled remotely, while regular travel will be required for client meetings and business development.
