Role Description The Business Coach at Global Wellness will work in a part time, remote capacity, supporting clients in achieving their professional and organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual coaching sessions, assessing client needs, and developing tailored business plans and growth strategies. The role involves providing guidance on setting measurable objectives, improving performance,



and addressing operational or leadership challenges. The Business Coach will collaborate with internal teams when needed, document session outcomes, and track client progress over time. This position also includes designing and delivering remote training sessions, offering consulting insights, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong Business Coaching and Coaching skills to guide clients in setting and achieving professional goals.
• Experience in Business Planning and Consulting to support strategic decision-making and organizational development.
