We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Assist with job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and recruitment coordination.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.




• Onboarding: Support joining formalities, document verification, employee records, and induction processes.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee databases, attendance records, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and HR activities.
• Performance Management: Support appraisal documentation, performance review coordination, and HR reporting.
• HR Documentation: Prepare offer letters, internship letters, employee communication, and other HR documents under supervision.
• Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and employee data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) or PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Candidates pursuing or holding a BBA, B.Com, B.A., or another relevant degree may also apply.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior HR intern
