Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Engineer role based in Udaipur. The role involves providing technical and customer support for EV charging systems, addressing user inquiries, and resolving issues related to charging stations and the digital platform. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, coordinating with field service teams, and documenting incidents and solutions.



The Customer Support Engineer will communicate with charge point operators and end users, guide them through problem resolution, and escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams when necessary. The role also includes monitoring system performance, suggesting improvements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Robust Customer Support and Communication skills to address inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain professional interactions.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve issues with EV charging hardware and software.
• Experience with Field Service activities, including on-site inspections, coordination with technicians, and basic hands-on checks.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems or EV charging technologies; prior experience in a tech or energy-related industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple cases, and document solution
