We are hiring our Head of Brand Partnerships at The Script Craft.
Let’s cut straight to the point: This is not a marketing role. This is not a content role.

This is a high-octane Sales, Business Development, and Monetization mandate.

The Script Craft has built India’s largest, most engaged creative ecosystem for writers, directors, and filmmakers. Our flagship film festival was launched by one of India’s biggest superstars, backed by four of the country’s leading production houses, drew 1,850+ film submissions, and swept national media across 100+ publications.

Now, we are scaling year-round contest properties across filmmaking, screenwriting, stand-up comedy, and creator ecosystems. Every property commands an intensely engaged audience.

We are giving brands a front-row seat—and we need the revenue architect who can command the room, negotiate value, and close the deal.

What You Will Do




Pipeline & Target Mapping: Identify and unlock high-fit brand partners across FMCG, EdTech, OTT, Apparel, Tech, and Media.

High-Level Pitching: Engage directly with CMOs, Brand Managers, and media agency heads to pitch high-impact property integrations.

Deal Architecture: Package, negotiate, and close multi-tier sponsorship deals (Title, Co-Sponsor, Powered-By).

Retention & Growth: Deliver undeniable partner ROI to turn single-property sponsors into long-term, recurring partners across our annual calendar.

Who We Are Looking For
A Proven Closer: You have an established track record in digital ad sales, media inventory, experiential events, or brand sponsorships.

Agency & Brand Network: You know how to bypass gatekeepers, reach decision-makers, handle objections effortlessly, and close.

Strategic Mindset: You don't pitch features; you sell narrative alignment, reach, cultural relevance, and quantifiable ROI.
