The Microscopy division at DSS Imagetech is looking for a Sales Specialist to generate and secure new business in high-end microscopes, advanced imaging solutions and related equipment across Bhopal, Chennai, Bhubaneswar and Kerala.

What you'll do
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving business growth for the Micro Imaging division within the assigned region and is accountable for achieving and exceeding sales targets. The key responsibilities are outlined below.
• Lead generation and pipeline development:
Identify and develop new sales leads for high-end microscopy and imaging products, qualify each opportunity, and build a robust customer pipeline. Monitor market trends, tenders and institutional procurement opportunities.
• Technical sales engagement: Conduct in office product demonstrations and technical discussions with potential clients, aligning each solution to the customer's requirements. Represent the division at industry events, including seminars, exhibitions, training sessions and product launches.
• Partner and team collaboration: Collaborate with channel partners, distributors and internal teams on sales and support activities to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• End-to-end sales management: Manage the complete sales cycle, including quotations, negotiations, order closing and payment collection. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
