Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B
SaaS sales within the BFSI and fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong network
across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and financial institutions, along with a demonstrated ability to
drive revenue through a balanced approach of new business acquisition (60%) and account
management (40%).

Key Responsibilities
● Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closure, with a strong focus on new
logo acquisition (60% hunting).
● Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell
opportunities (40% farming).
● Leverage existing relationships and networks within banking, NBFCs, fintechs, and
financial services institutions to generate qualified leads.
● Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
● Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, business heads, procurement, compliance




teams) to drive consultative selling.
● Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
● Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and solution teams to deliver tailored solutions to
clients.
● Stay updated on regulatory, compliance, and industry trends impacting BFSI and fintech
sectors.
● Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or BFSI solutions.
● Proven success in both hunting (new business acquisition) and farming (account
management), with a explicit bias toward hunting.
● Strong network and relationships within banking, NBFCs, fintech companies, or financial
institutions.
● Experience in enterprise sales cycles, including RFPs, security reviews, and
procurement processes.
