Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role located in Pune for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing web analytics, and collaborating with the team to create innovative ways to enhance online engagement.



The candidate will ensure alignment of marketing activities with the mission and values of the Karma Foundation while promoting its initiatives effectively.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing
• Experience with Web Analytics to evaluate digital performance and drive data-informed decisions
• Effective Communication skills to create engaging content and collaborate with team members
• Creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to work with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms, and trends is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in non-profit or animal welfare sectors is an added advantage
