Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales)



will oversee end-to-end sales and relationship management with individual clients and institutional partners in the Bengaluru market. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, focused on driving property sales, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving revenue and conversion targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations, organizing site visits, and presenting suitable real estate solutions aligned with client needs and budget. The role requires maintaining strong, long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, handling negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transaction journey from inquiry to closing. The Senior Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to optimize client experience, share market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
