Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South.



The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, engaging with prospective homebuyers and investors, and converting inquiries into successful property transactions. Daily activities include conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, explaining project features and financial options, and guiding customers through comparisons of multiple projects. The role involves negotiating pricing and terms with developers and clients, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closing processes. The Senior Sales Executive will also stay updated on local market trends, recent project launches, and financing options to provide informed, customer-centric advice and build long-term relationships.
