Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, organized, and proactive Pre-Sales Associate to support the sales team through lead qualification, sales presentations, product documentation, demo coordination, partner engagement, and customer onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, sound understanding of sales processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with prospects, partners, senior clients, and internal teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 2–5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, business development support, or a similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and professional Hindi.
· Confident and professional while communicating over phone calls, video calls, and online meetings.
· Solid presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
· Positive understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and customer coordination.
· Strong documentation, organization, and follow-up skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
· Comfortable coordinating with senior clients, partners, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Experience in SaaS, B2B, or the technology industry will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Presentation Collateral
· Create and maintain corporate, organization-level, industry-specific, product-specific, and solution-based sales decks.
· Prepare product brochures, one-pagers, comparison documents, proposals, and other sales-support materials.
· Ensure presentations and collateral are accurate, professional, relevant, and up to date.
2. Product Documentation
· Maintain updated user manuals, product manuals, onboarding and support documents, FAQs, and
