About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Creative Strategist who can combine creative excellence with a robust understanding of sales and business outcomes. You will work closely with the Marketing, and Product teams to create compelling pitches, campaigns, demos, and customer-facing content that helps convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Own creative strategy and execution for celebrity-led video campaigns.
• Develop compelling video concepts aligned with brand objectives, campaign goals, and platform requirements.
• Research and identify creative references, trends, and storytelling formats to strengthen video concepts.
• Write engaging scripts tailored to the brand, target audience, celebrity, and campaign objective.
• Create detailed storyboards and mood boards to define the visual direction of each video.
• Provide frame-by-frame creative direction to video editors, including visuals, text, product placement, graphics, and transitions.
• Review video drafts, ensure creative quality and brief alignment, and proactively identify areas for improvement.




• Drive continuous improvement in video quality, storytelling, audience engagement, and overall creative execution.
• Coordinate with clients and editors to incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and ensure the final output meets expectations.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools and experiment with new formats to enhance video production and storytelling.
• Support Sales with creative pitch decks, marketing collaterals, case studies, industry-specific use cases, and customised creative proposals.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in Creative Direction, Advertising, Brand, Content, or Creative Marketing.
• Experience working with B2B/SaaS is preferred.
• Strong storytelling, conceptualisation, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling customer-facing narratives.
• Strong understanding of digital content, video, branding, and market
