We're hiring: Stores Executive - Supply Chain Management

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Stores Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day stores operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating material movement, and ensuring proper documentation to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline
Language Requirements: Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Coordinate material receipt, inspection, storage, and issue.




• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material replenishment.
• Support Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory practices to minimise excess stock and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Purchase, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
• Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRNs), stock registers, issue slips, and inventory reports.
• Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
• Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage, and preservation.
• Track material dispatches, deliveries, and logistics activities.
• Identify and report discrepancies in stock, documentation, or material movement.
• Follow company procedures for safety, quality, documentation, and inventory control.

Eligibility & Skills:
• 2–3 years of experience in Stores, Inventory Management, SCM, Logistics, or Material Management.
