Role Description The Manager – Accounts & Finance will oversee all financial and accounting activities, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and banking operations. This full time,



on-site role in Dhaka includes preparing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements. The individual will develop and implement internal controls, support external and internal audits, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions and cost optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve supervising the accounts team, maintaining accurate records, preparing management reports, and collaborating with other departments to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in taxation, regulatory compliance, audit coordination, and implementation of internal controls.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills
