We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Junior Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team and help drive business growth across both service-based offerings and in-house products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, social media, referrals, and other lead-generation platforms.
• Research potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in managing and responding to inquiries from prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between potential clients and the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.




• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents as required.
• Support business development activities for both client services and company-owned products.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and product features.
• Participate in business networking activities, events, and online communities when required.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly lead-generation and sales targets.

Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software development, websites, mobile applications, or SaaS products.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel,
