The role will focus on building relationships with promoters, business owners, corporates, investors, financial institutions, and intermediaries and generating mandates for Debt & Equity Fund Raising, M&A;, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Financial Advisory, and other strategic transactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong business development and networking skills, a good understanding of corporate finance, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers and convert opportunities into mandates.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop business opportunities for Debt & Equity Fund Raising, Corporate Finance, M&A;, Project Finance, and Financial Advisory.
• Build and maintain relationships with Promoters, CXOs, Corporates, Investors, Banks, NBFCs, PE/VC Funds, and Financial Institutions.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, direct outreach, industry events, and skilled networks.
• Understand clients' business, financial position, funding requirements, and growth plans to identify suitable financial solutions.
• Conduct client meetings,



develop business relationships, and coordinate with the internal team for pitch preparation and solution structuring.
• Identify potential fund-raising, M&A;, investment, and strategic advisory opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline, client database, follow-ups, and mandate tracking.
• Achieve defined business development, mandate acquisition, revenue, and transaction targets.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or other relevant financial qualifications will be an added advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, NBFC, Banking, Private Equity, or related financial services.
