About the Role
Kama Jewelry is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Strategy to support the sales team and ensure smooth and productive day-to-day sales operations.
The role will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting sales processes, tracking performance metrics, managing sales documentation, and facilitating seamless coordination between sales, production, logistics, customer service, and other functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong operations/program management skills, excellent communication abilities, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of B2B sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Coordination
• Act as the central point of contact for the sales team and coordinate day-to-day sales activities.
• Manage and coordinate sales calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other materials for client meetings.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of sales-related activities.
2. Sales Metrics, Reporting & Analytics
• Track and maintain key sales metrics, including:
• Lead generation
• Conversion rates
• Sales pipeline activity
• Revenue targets
• Individual and team performance
• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and MIS.
• Monitor sales performance against individual and team targets.
• Provide insights and highlight gaps or areas requiring improvement.
3. Sales Operations & Support
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Support the preparation of sales quotations, contracts, pricing lists, and other commercial documents.
• Ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and communicated internally.
