In this role, you’ll lead creative teams across a group of accounts, collaborate with Business Development on pitches and new business opportunities, and drive creative excellence while building strong client relationships.

• Lead Creative Strategy: Plan creative solutions, define the creative scope of work, and develop innovative ideas that align with brand objectives and drive campaign success.
• Drive Award-Worthy Campaigns: Lead creative campaigns and projects that push boundaries and deliver impactful work.
• Manage Creative Teams: Oversee creative teams across multiple accounts, set clear goals, encourage collaboration,



and drive overall team performance.
• Collaborate on New Business: Partner with the Business Development team to develop compelling creative strategies, interactive concepts, and presentations that help convert prospective clients.
• Drive Account Growth: Identify account-mining opportunities and develop creative solutions that add value to existing client relationships.
• Own Creative Quality: Ensure ideas are innovative, strategically sound, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Manage Workflows and Delivery: Ensure smooth team workflows, effective project management, and timely delivery across multiple projects.
• Support Large-Scale Projects: Provide creative direction and hands-on support for complex, high-impact projects.
