Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the software development team across multiple projects
- Design, develop, and oversee scalable mobile and web applications
- Guide the team in Flutter application development and best practices
- Manage source code repositories, branching, and deployment workflows using GitHub
- Review code quality, architecture, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution
- Ensure timely delivery of software projects with high-quality standards
- Mentor developers and conduct technical training sessions
- Define software architecture and development standards
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Ensure software security, performance optimization, and scalability
- Manage testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- Research emerging technologies, introduce creative tools and frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in processes and team productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development and Team Management
- Strong expertise in Flutter development and mobile application arc
