MB Learning designs and runs educational immersion programmes for Indian schools — study trips, summer schools and learning journeys in India and abroad with partner universities. Founder-led, headquartered in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Small team, real responsibility from day one.
The role
This is the senior Hyderabad role at MB Learning, combining two jobs: building relationships with schools, and making sure every programme we sell is coordinated end to end. You will meet principals, coordinators and counsellors, present our programmes, and then run the follow-through — reminders, documents, payments, parent communication and the travel team — so nothing is lost. With the Founders often travelling, you are the person who holds Hyderabad together.
Key facts
• Compensation: Rs 50,000 – 75,000 per month gross based on experience, plus performance incentives on programmes closed

What you will do
• Build and manage relationships with schools in Hyderabad and beyond (CBSE, ICSE, IB and Cambridge): principals, coordinators, counsellors and management.
• Present MB Learning programmes in school meetings and parent sessions; take enquiries through to signed confirmations.
• Work with sales and partners: track every lead and school in the CRM, send reminders and make sure follow-ups happen on time.
• Coordinate each confirmed programme across the team — proposals, travel desk, finance, marketing — against a clear timeline.
• Chase student registrations, documents and payments with schools and parents; keep them updated before and during the trip.
