This is a Generalist role which needs an Entrepreneurial mindset. Hours are limited in a day but responsibilities for founders are not. Hence this role is created for working with the team with the Entrepreneurial mindset and helping the founders execute in an efficient way.
Responsibilities -
• Co-own and take the ownership of day to day basis tasks related to daily function
• Multi-task around customers, employees, projects, data, legal, compliance, regulators to name a few.
• Creating reports to project performance of various functions/types
• Working with founders on new initiatives as a program manager
• Staying up to date with market developments, regulatory changes and keeping relevant stakeholders updated
• Keep an eye on new opportunities, potential risks and potential partnerships.
Requirements
• 5+ years of industry experience
• MBA degree. With a technical or entrepreneurial background preferred.
• Someone with an Entrepreneurial mindset
• Productive with multi-tasking and context switching
• Have an interest in Market research and Reading Business related literature
