Salary Package:
• Freshers: Starting CTC of ₹2.15 LPA
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience and skills

About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidates should have good to excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn.
This role involves assisting customers, addressing their queries, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries and provide support through email, phone, and chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Perform data entry, order processing, and documentation tasks.




• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Follow company procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of customer information.

Skills and Qualifications• Positive to excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
