Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram.



The individual in this role will manage existing customer accounts, build and maintain long-term relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, preparing quotations and proposals, and following up on orders and projects. The Account Manager will track account performance, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and support business development activities in the region. This role also involves resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems, and contributing to sales forecasts and market feedback.
