About the Program
GrowthOneX is launching its Student Partner Program — a structured learn-and-earn initiative for students who want real business exposure, not just another internship line on a resume. Through hands-on micro-projects, you'll be trained in client outreach, business conversations, and lead generation — while earning commission on every project you help bring in.
This isn't a random gig. You'll go through a proper orientation, get trained on how to identify and approach potential clients, and work under a structured system with ongoing support from the GrowthOneX team.
What You'll Learn
• How to identify and approach potential clients (real outreach, not theory)
• How to hold a basic business conversation and understand a client's requirement
• How commission-based, performance-driven work actually operates
• Practical exposure to how a service business finds and converts clients
What You'll Do (Micro-Projects)
• Identify small businesses, shops, creators, or individuals in your network who may need a website, video editing, or content/graphic design
• Apply the outreach training to have a basic conversation and note their requirement
• Log qualified leads through our tracking system — our team handles all closing, pricing, and delivery
• Attend a one-time orientation/training session and a short weekly check-in call
