Lead – Leasing & Warehousing
Purpose of the Role
The Lead – Leasing & Warehousing will be responsible for driving leasing growth, optimizing warehouse occupancy, and supporting investment decisions across existing and prospective warehousing assets. The role focuses on end-to-end leasing management, commercial evaluation, client onboarding, contract execution, warehouse readiness, and customer relationship management. The incumbent will play a critical role in maximizing asset utilization, enhancing customer experience, and aligning warehousing operations with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Business Development
Drive end-to-end leasing transactions, including lead generation, negotiations, LOI finalization, term sheet preparation, and execution of lease agreements. Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure timely closure of leasing opportunities. Support occupancy enhancement initiatives and maximize revenue realization across warehousing assets.



Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients across diversified industry segments.
Investment Analysis & Commercial Evaluation
Evaluate recent warehousing and leasing opportunities through financial modeling, IRR calculations, feasibility assessments, and business case preparation. Support investment decision-making by conducting techno-commercial evaluations and market viability studies. Monitor and analyze project financial performance against planned investment objectives.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
Ensure seamless transition of customers from the leasing phase to warehouse operations through structured onboarding and handover processes. Act as a key point of contact for customers to address operational and commercial concerns. Drive superior customer experience through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and service excellence.
