About the RoleKognitive Networks is seeking an experienced Data Plane Architect to lead the design and architecture of high-performance, scalable, and secure networking solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in networking, packet processing, Linux networking, routing, switching, and network data-plane architecture, with a proven track record of building production-grade networking products.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Security teams to define and deliver next-generation networking platforms.
Key Responsibilities• Define and lead the data-plane architecture for networking products and platforms.
• Design packet-processing pipelines for routing, switching, forwarding, NAT, firewalling, QoS, tunneling, and traffic management.
• Drive technical decisions related to Linux networking and network data paths.
• Optimize networking solutions for high throughput, low latency, scalability, and reliability.




• Lead performance analysis, troubleshooting, and system optimization efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust networking solutions.
