We're looking for someone to turn LinkedIn into a real pipeline channel for our clients and their leadership teams.

You will build and manage both sides of a client's LinkedIn presence: personal profiles for founders and leaders, and the company page for the business. Each gets its own voice and content plan, connected by one clear story.

✅ Build and run the LinkedIn brand strategy for company pages and senior leaders
✅ Set up and improve personal profiles and company pages (headline, About section, banner, featured section, services)
✅ Plan the content calendar and write thought-leadership posts, carousels, polls, newsletters and short videos
✅ Turn leaders' real experience and opinions into posts that sound like them
✅ Grow engagement with target decision-makers and manage comments and DMs
✅ Send thoughtful connection messages and join relevant conversations
✅ Work with the sales and SDR teams to turn engagement into conversations
✅ Support organic and paid campaigns, including Thought Leader Ads
✅ Track performance and share monthly reports with clear recommendations

✅ 1–3 years in LinkedIn marketing, content marketing or personal branding
✅ Excellent spoken and written English
✅ A portfolio of high-performing LinkedIn content
✅ Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm and content formats
✅ Ability to explain technical topics in a simple, useful way
✅ Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
✅ Good planning skills, with the ability to manage several clients' content calendars at once
✅ Ability to read performance data and turn it into explicit next steps
