Role Description The Retail Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Tynimo Store in Shamshabad. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products across various lifestyle categories. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features, handling sales transactions, maintaining store displays, and ensuring stock is well-organized. The Retail Sales Executive responds to customer queries, manages returns or exchanges as per policy,



and supports promotional activities within the store. This position also involves working closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive in-store experience.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed store targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create positive and repeat customer experiences.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, peers, and supervisors.
• Basic numeracy and POS handling skills, with attention to accuracy in billing and cash management.
