About the role:

As Delivery Partner - Technology Consulting, you will be performing the role of Global Service delivery manager for various D&A; products built and managed for a set of Tiger clientele.
In doing so, you will closely collaborate with program leads, technology architects and data scientists across global locations.

In this Global Service delivery Manager role, below are some of the Key R&R;: As a Global Service Delivery Manager:




Guarantee 99%+ refresh reliability across all data products (daily, weekly, real-time refreshes). Oversee incident response for failed data pipelines, schema drift, API timeouts, or data quality breaches.
Define and enforce Tier 1–3 support workflows, Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR).
Implement DQ and BQ testing (Manual Automated) to ensure data accuracy before reports update.
Manage data refresh dependencies, batch scheduling, and resource allocation to prevent cluster/warehouse bottlenecks during peak hours.
Monitor cloud data platform costs associated with entire portfolio and enable implementation of auto-scaling, query optimization, and idle compute termination to optimize cloud consumption.

Track active user metrics across all the products:

• Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), query count, and top-utilized dashboards. Identify "dormant" or low-usage products (e.g.,
