Role Description The Compliance Executive (Gold Loan Division) is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for ensuring that all gold loan operations adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines, bank policies, and internal standards. The Compliance Executive will review documentation, monitor transactions, and support audits to maintain strict compliance and risk controls. Daily tasks include coordinating with banking partners, preparing compliance reports, identifying potential non-compliance issues,



and recommending corrective actions. The role also involves training team members on compliance procedures and supporting continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Regulatory Compliance and Law relevant to banking and financial services.
• Well-developed Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.
• Robust Analytical Skills to review documentation, assess risk, and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to maintaining high compliance standards.
• Prior experience in gold loans, retail banking, or NBFC compliance is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional compliance certifications are a plus.
