Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Hazaribag. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a sales team to achieve life insurance sales targets,



drive customer acquisition, and deepen relationships within the assigned region. Daily activities include planning and executing sales strategies, coaching and performance-managing sales consultants, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with branch operations and distribution partners, conducting market analysis, organizing customer outreach activities, and representing Bajaj Life’s products and brand in the local market. The Sales Manager is expected to uphold a customer-centric approach, maintain high ethical standards, and contribute to a positive, results-oriented team workplace.
