Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Graduate ( Finance ) or MBA with around 10 years’ experience managing sales operations, order management, sales administration, purchasing support, hardware distribution, or a related function.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or managing a team in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-order, order-to-cash, purchasing, fulfillment, billing, and exception-management processes.
• Robust attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy, process compliance, and operational control.




• Detail oriented with exposure in accounting knowledge is a plus
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage escalations, and make sound decisions under time pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Accounts Receivable, vendors, and international teams across geos. .
• Strong problem-solving, follow-up, organization, analytical, and escalation skills.
• Working knowledge of quoting, order-entry, CRM, financial, or enterprise-resource-planning systems; experience with Salesforce and Workday.
• Ability to interpret pricing, product, customer, shipping, documentation, and financial requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document-management tools such as SharePoint.
